Ruth Danon writes poetry and nonfiction. Her work has appeared in many publications in the US and abroad, including The Paris Review, Bomb, Crayon, Fence, 3rd Bed, and Moria. She has been anthologized in Best American Poetry 2002. She is the author of Triangulation from a Known Point and Work in the English Novel. She is Clinical Professor of Creative and Expository Writing at NYU and founder and Director of NYU's Summer Intensive in Creative and Expository Writing. In addition to her work at the University, she maintains a private teaching and consulting practice.
